According to official letter No. 1224/TCT-CS:
From 01 Jan 2015, as regulations of clause 7 article 1 Decree 12/2015/NĐ-CP rejecting the limitations with 1 million VND/month/employee of enterprises when buying file insurance to employees for CIT determination. Accordingly, in case, enterprises pay life insurance to employees, the payments for file insurance are included in deductible expenses if there are full invoices, vouchers as regulations of Law
